• MAY 5TH SUNDAY 2ND HOUR: Our ward will view a special 5th‑Sunday video presentation from President D. Todd Christofferson and Elder Quentin L. Cook discussing the inspired principles behind the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution as part of the Church’s 250th‑anniversary observance. In preparation, members are invited to read or listen to President Dallin H. Oaks’s April 2021 talk, “Defending Our Divinely Inspired Constitution.” Following the video, we will hold a discussion focused on foundational principles and religious freedom, in harmony with President Oaks’s counsel to avoid political advocacy in Church settings. Adults will meet in the chapel, youth in the Young Women’s room, and Primary will meet as usual. 

• THE FIRST PRESIDENCY has invited members to participate in service projects and activities associated with the 250th anniversary observance, including projects organized through JustServe and FamilySearch.

• WE ARE INVITED BY THE FIRST PRESIDENY to participate in a unified fast on Sunday July 5th to express gratitude for religious liberty and to pray that it be strengthened throughout the world.
